Baked Queso Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 tub Pancho's White Queso

  • 1/2 pound small pasta, like elbows or shells

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 jalapeno, sliced into rings

  • Diced tomato and cilantro, for topping

Directions

  1. Grease a baking dish and set it aside

  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then cook the pasta until just shy of al dente. Drain

  3. Meanwhile, heat the Pancho's. Combine with the cooked pasta, then transfer to the baking dish

  4. Top with the mozzarella, then broil or bake until the cheese is melted and golden

  5. Top with the jalapeno, tomato, and cilantro

  6. Serve with chips or eat with a spoon
