Frito Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 (15-ounce) cans corn, well drained

  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped

  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion

  • Pancho's Original Queso

  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

  • 1 (9.25-ounce) bag corn chips (such as Fritos®), crushed

Directions

  1. Combine corn, bell pepper, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, and Pancho's Original Queso.

  2. Stir in corn chips just before serving.
