Shortcut Soft Pretzel Bites with Pancho's

Ingredients

  • 1 can of preferred biscuit dough

  • 3 Tbsp baking soda

  • 1 egg, beaten 

  • Pretzel salt

  • Pancho's Cheese Dip

Directions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 375°

  • 2. Open the biscuits and place them on a cutting board or clean counter. Roll each biscuit into a short rope. Slice into 3 even pieces. Repeat with each biscuit.

  • 3. In the meantime, bring a pot of water to a boil and add baking soda. Drop each biscuit piece into boiling water. Cook for 10-15 seconds and then remove with a slotted spoon and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • 4. Brush each piece with egg and top with salt. Bake in the oven at 375° for 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

  • 5. Dip in Pancho's and enjoy!
