Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef

• 1 small onion, diced

• 2 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

• 1 cup sour cream

• 2 cups Pancho's Triple Cheese Queso, divided

• 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

• 2 green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish

2. Brown the ground beef with onion over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute more

3. Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, half of the Pancho's Triple Cheese Queso, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until well combined

4. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top

5. Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes, until the tots are golden and crisp

6. Remove from oven, spoon the remaining Pancho's Triple Cheese Queso over the tots, and bake another 5 minutes until melted

7. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired. Serve hot.
