Crispy Baked Tacos with Everything Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil, plus more for brushing the tortillas

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • ⅓ cup salsa or taco sauce

  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

  • 1 small can diced green chiles

  • 10 corn tortillas

  • Shredded Mexican Blend cheese

  • Pancho's White Queso

  • Pancho's Everything Sauce

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the avocado oil. Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, adding the taco seasoning. Get the ground beef as finely crumbled as possible for the best tacos.

  2. Mix in the green chiles and salsa, then set aside.

  3. Add the tortillas to your baking sheet and brush each side with oil.

  4. On one side of the tortilla, add about a tablespoon of Pancho's White Queso, then top with about 1/4-1/3 cup ground beef. Sprinkle a bit of cheese on top (this will help the tacos stay together).

  5. Bake the tacos unfolded for about 10 minutes. Once the 10 minutes are up, carefully fold each taco with a spatula, then flip it over.

  6. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until golden brown.

  7. Once the tacos are done, dip them in the Everything Sauce and enjoy.
