Taco Pizza
Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
2 teaspoons avocado oil
1 1b ground beef
2 teaspoons taco seasoning
Pancho's Original Queso
1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
Iceberg or romaine lettuce, chopped
1 tomato, diced
Pickled jalapeños
Pancho's Everything Sauce
Directions
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Spread the pizza dough out on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone, then bake until puffy, about 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the avocado oil. Once warm, add the ground beef and cook until it is mostly brown. Then, add the taco seasoning (you can add a splash of water for a saucier beef). Drain the grease with a paper towel.
Remove the pizza crust from the oven. Spread warmed Pancho's Original Queso over the crust, acting as the sauce. Top with the beef, then sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is firm, about 5 minutes more.
Remove the pizza. Top with the lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
Drizzle with the everything sauce and enjoy!
