Small Batch Pork Rinds x Panchos
Ingredients
1-2 packages Southern Recipes Small Batch Pork Rinds
½ lb ground beef, cooked with taco seasoning
1 tub Pancho's White Queso
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tomato, diced
1 avocado, diced
Shredded cheese
Pickled jalapeños
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Directions
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, then arrange the pork rinds on the parchment paper.
On a separate sheet pan, spray the entire surface with cooking spray. Add the warm Pancho's on top, then add the assorted toppings in order of beef, black beans, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, avocado, pickled jalapenos, and cilantro.
Place the sheet pan in the oven to ensure the Pancho's is totally warm and pliable.
In one smooth motion, slide the toppings from the second sheet pan onto the pork rinds, evenly coating the entire surface of the pork rinds.
