Spicy Queso

Ingredients

  • Splash of oil or butter, for sauteeing the pepper

  • 1-2 serrano peppers (depending on your spice preference), diced

  • 1 4-oz can fire-roasted diced green chiles

  • 1 tub Pancho's Original Queso

  • Fresh cilantro and jalapeño, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large pan (big enough for the entire tub of queso), heat the oil, then add the serrano and saute until soft. Add in the diced green chiles, then pour in the Pancho's

  2. Stir well to combine until the queso is hot

  3. Pour into a serving dish and top with sliced jalapeño and cilantro for garnish
