Spinach and Artichoke Queso

Ingredients

  • 1 tub Pancho's White Queso

  • 1/2 package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and wrung out to remove as much moisture as possible

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup shredded melting cheese, such as mozzarella

Directions

  1. In a cast-iron skillet, add Pancho's White Queso and heat until warm.

  2. Add in the spinach and artichoke hearts, stirring until fully combined.

  3. Add the mozzarella on top and put it under the broiler until brown and bubbly.
