Extra-Cheesy Seven Layer Dip for Cinco de Mayo

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) can refried beans

  • 1 tub Pancho's White Queso

  • Guacamole, about 1 cup

  • 4 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced

  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped

  • Pancho's Squeeze Queso

  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can black olives - drained and finely chopped

Directions

  1. Spread refried beans in a 9x13-inch dish or on a large serving platter. 

  2. Top with Pancho's and spread guacamole on top.

  3. Top with tomatoes, green onions, Squeeze Queso (drizzle in diagonals), and black olives.
